General - Rewards"R"Us Rewards Program
1.Rewards“R”Us is offered by Toys“R”Us, Inc. including its Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us U.S. divisions and any successors and assigns. Rewards“R”Us and Toys“R”Us, Inc. are individually referred to as “Sponsor.” These terms and conditions are subject to interpretation by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are governed by New Jersey law. Rewards“R”Us is free to join.
2.Eligibility: Customers may become members of the Rewards“R”Us program by enrolling at participating Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us stores or online at ToysRUs.com/myrewards. Customers must be residents of the United States and at least 18 years old. Customers must provide a valid email address in order to enroll in the Rewards“R”Us program. Limit of one membership per customer per email address. No purchase necessary to join the Rewards“R”Us program. Corporations, groups, associations or commercial customers and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible for membership in Rewards“R”Us. Guests who are approved for the “R”Us Credit Card automatically become Rewards“R”Us Members. Limit of one “R”Us Credit Card per Rewards“R”Us Membership number.
4.Sponsor may modify, alter, delete or add new Terms & Conditions for its program at any time without notice. This includes modifying, altering, adding or deleting program benefits, point values, redemption levels, conversion ratios, reward delivery methods and conditions for active status. These changes may affect the value of the points or benefits already accumulated. Each member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the Terms & Conditions. Sponsor may terminate the Rewards“R”Us program, or any element of the program, at any time by announcement on its website, ToysRUs.com/myrewards.
5.Abuse of the Rewards“R”Us program, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of reward certificate(s), benefits, product, points or promotional offers and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Sponsor in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member’s account without notice and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued and cancellation of previously issued but unused reward certificate(s). Disqualification from program participation includes Geoffrey’s Birthday Club and Endless Earnings. Any corporations, groups, associations or commercial customers and others purchasing of items for resale are not eligible for membership in Rewards“R”Us. Sponsor may terminate any account that it determines in its sole discretion to be a corporation, group, association, commercial customer, or other entity purchasing of items for resale. In connection with the enforcement of any of the Terms & Conditions governing the Rewards“R”Us program, Sponsor reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys’ fees and court costs. Rewards“R”Us benefits, points and rewards are subject to applicable government regulations and are void where prohibited by law. Resellers: Rewards“R”Us members who make purchases with the purpose of reselling them are not eligible for the program and may be excluded at Sponsor discretion. Based on information available, we can reasonably conclude that your account is being used to resell items. Therefore your Rewards“R”Us account will be deactivated.
6.Membership and benefits are nontransferable and may not be assigned to anyone including member’s estate, their successor or assignees. Membership is valid only at participating Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us retail store locations in the U.S. and at ToysRUs.com and BabiesRUs.com. Enrollment becomes effective and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions begins when a new member enrolls in the Rewards“R”Us program.
7.If there is no purchase activity (defined as points accumulated) within a Rewards“R”Us member’s account for one year (12 months), the account is subject to forfeiture of all accrued points. If there is no account activity (defined as an account profile update, points accumulated/posted from any source or reward redemption) within a Rewards“R”Us member’s account for two consecutive years (24 months), the account is subject to closure and termination, including forfeiture of all accrued points and/or benefits.
8.A member can view his or her account information which includes viewing and printing valid “R”Us Rewards Dollars at ToysRUs.com/myrewards. 9.Members may return merchandise to Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us stores without presenting a receipt. Member’s original purchase must have been made using his or her membership card. Click here to see Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us Return Policy. Points that were received on your original purchase will be deducted from your account. If a Reward Dollar has already been issued, the Rewards“R”Us account will have negative points.
11.Rewards“R”Us Standard Program Benefit: Rewards“R”Us Members (who are not “R”Us Credit Cardholders) receive 1 point for every one dollar spent in qualifying purchases at Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us, in store or online. Qualifying purchases do not include gift cards, SquareTrade Protection Plan, assembly fee, breast-pump rental fee, delivery fee, Layaway fees and shipping & handling. Points cannot be earned on in-store sales tax. Effective July 1, 2015, registrants who purchase items from their own registries will not earn Rewards“R”Us points on those purchases. Registrants will continue to earn up to 10% on purchases made from their own registries through Endless Earnings. All other Endless Earnings rules and restrictions apply. Purchases for items that have a decimal value of $.50 through $.99 will be rounded up to the next dollar. Purchases for items with a decimal values of $.49 through $.01 round down. Points post to member accounts approximately 15 days after the date of purchase. The value of returned items will be deducted from the member’s qualifying purchase amount. Member receives $5 “R”Us Rewards Dollars when they reach 125 points. Members may choose to bank or save up their points (up to 5,000 points or $200) by making that selection at ToysRUs.com/myrewards. Members may change their reward preference to point banking or opt out of point banking at any time, and additionally may change their point banking threshold at any time. Please allow up to 15 days for point banking changes to take effect.
12.Members who are not point banking may receive a maximum of 20 “R”Us Rewards Dollars ($20) per earning period. Amounts beyond $20 carry over to the fulfillment cycle. “R”Us Credit Cardholders who opt in to receive their Rewards Certificate via email may receive a maximum of $20 “R”Us Reward Dollars in each fulfillment cycle (every two weeks). Members opt into point banking, which will allow their points to build until they reach the level for their desired reward. Through point banking members may allow their points to build to a $200 reward or 5,000 points. Members that choose point banking will automatically receive their rewards once they have reached their desired reward threshold. A member can on-demand a maximum of $200 in “R”Us Reward dollars per month in addition to other Reward Dollars being issued based on the earning period
13.“R”Us Reward Dollars are sent via email approximately 20 days after they are awarded. Unless noted otherwise on the reward certificate, each reward certificate will expire 60 days from the date issued. Valid period subject to change without notice. A fulfillment cycle occurs every other week on a Friday. Members may print available rewards at any time via the website. Once issued, rewards may not be reversed. Members who opt into point banking may receive a reward with their previous preferences prior to their new preferences taking effect. Members who on-demand Reward Dollars the same day the scheduled Reward fulfillment is processed may inadvertently create two Reward Dollars for one set of points. If this occurs, the point value of the duplicate Reward Dollar will be deducted from the account. If the member doesn’t have sufficient points for both Reward Dollars, it will result in a negative point balance. Reward dollars can be used toward the one-time purchase of nearly any product in Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us store or online. They may be used on any qualifying product. If used in-store, certificates must be surrendered at the time of purchase and can be combined with other offers. If used online, certificates cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other total basket offers, including new credit account opening discount.

14.“R”Us Rewards Dollars cannot be used to purchase or cover the cost of Gift Cards, SquareTrade Protection Plan, assembly fee, breast pump rental fee, delivery fee, and shipping & handling. “R”Us Rewards Dollars can be used toward the one-time purchase of qualifying products in store or online at Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us. Certificate(s) must be surrendered at time of purchase and value is forfeited if item is returned. Certificate(s) prorated among eligible items purchased. If the value of a purchase is less than the value of the “R”Us Rewards Dollars being redeemed, then any remaining “R”Us Rewards Dollars balance will be forfeited and not refunded. Only original certificate(s) accepted. Void where prohibited. Valid USA only. Cash value 1/100 of 1¢. “R”Us Dollars certificates redeemed online cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other total basket offers, including new credit account opening discount. Valid dates may vary on each reward certificate at Sponsor’s discretion. In no event may any certificate be redeemed or refunded for cash.
15.Retro Credits: Members may request up to six retro credits per calendar year for purchases made on or after the member’s enrollment date. Please allow 24 hours for your in-store purchase to post to your loyalty membership before requesting a retro-credit.
16.Double Rewards: During select promotion periods, members who sign up at select stores or locations can receive their next “R”Us Rewards Dollars faster by accumulating double qualifying purchase credit on select purchases. All other “R”Us Reward Dollar rules apply. Member must pay with their “R”Us credit card or present their Rewards“R”Us membership card at time of purchase in order to receive credit. Toys“R”Us reserves the right to limit this offer by store and by member. Double Rewards promotions are subject to change without notice.
17.Partner Perks is a part of the Rewards“R”Us program that provides valuable offers from third-party partners/brands outside of Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us. Partner offers can be found at ToysRUs.com/myrewards and are subject to change. Questions or concerns regarding any offer should be directed to the individual partner. Members may contact each partner by referring to the customer service number or email listed on each partner’s individual page. Members do not earn points from purchases made from partners. Toys“R”Us does not provide, recommend, warrant or take responsibility for the items(s) offered for any resulting order or customer service. Members will need to contact each partner to answer any questions regarding its offer(s).
18.Lost, stolen or expired “R”Us Rewards Dollars will not be replaced. Sponsor is not responsible for communications, including “R”Us Rewards Dollars, lost due to change of address or changes in other contact information. If you misplace your reward dollars you can either reprint it or access it on the Rewards“R”Us site or by visiting the in-store kiosk.
19.You can cancel your membership at any time by calling call 1-800-TOYSRUS (1-800-869-7787) for assistance. “R”Us Credit Cardholders cannot cancel their membership without canceling their credit card first, “R”Us Credit Cardholders should call (855) 389-2365. “R”Us MasterCard holders should call (855) 389-2359. If you cancel your membership all outstanding points are forfeited.
20.Endless Earnings Registry Benefit is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and have created a Babies“R”Us registry (creating a registry is free) from April 1, 2014 and forward. Customers must provide a valid email address in order to participate in The Endless Earnings registry benefit as well as be a Rewards“R”Us member. Endless Earnings gift cards are sent via email on or around 12 weeks after the expected arrival indicated on registry and will be valid for four months past that expected arrival date. Registrants living in the following states; CT, FL, ME and VT eGift cards will not have an expiration date. Void where prohibited. Valid USA only. Cash value 1/100 of 1¢. In order to receive an eGift card registrant must qualify for the rewards and provide a valid email address at time of registry creation. Except as required by law, the eGift cards distributed are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to previous purchases or amounts due and outstanding. Puerto Rico residents under the age of 14, cannot participate in the Endless Earnings program and must surrender the received eGift Card to their parent or legal guardian. Puerto Rico residents between the ages of 14 to 20 must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the received eGift Card. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply. See ToysRUs.com/endlessearnings for details. Registrants who purchase items off of their own registries do not earn reward points for those purchases. Registrants will continue to earn up to 10% back on all purchases made off of their registry in the form of an eGift Card approximately 12 weeks after their event date. Registrants will earn rewards points on eligible items purchased that are not on the registry.
Geoffreys Birthday Club
1.To enroll your child, you must be a Rewards“R”Us member, be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child enrolled in Birthday Club. Parents must provide a valid email address, name, street address, and child’s name and date of birth in order to enroll. By providing information to Toys“R”Us in connection the Birthday Club, you agree that your information may be added to our customer file and may be used to, among other things, contact you with information about our products, offers, special promotions and upcoming events that may interest you. For more information about how we use this information, or to remove or change your name on our mailing list, contact us as provided below. Toys“R”Us reserves the right to send customer service or operational emails to individuals who have opted out of receiving promotional correspondence.
2.A child enrolled by his or her parent/guardian will receive a special birthday card and gift from Geoffrey the Giraffe every year until he or she turns 10 years old. *Note: Parent/Guardian must enroll at least 60 days prior to the child’s birthday in order to receive the special birthday card in the first year. You also have the option of signing your child up to receive a birthday phone call from Geoffrey. If you choose to come to the store on or near your child’s birthday, we can help you celebrate, including providing a birthday crown, Geoffrey balloon, and personalized announcement broadcast to the store. Membership is automatically renewed each year as long as you have made a purchase in the past 18 months using your Rewards“R”Us membership card.
5.Birthday Club is available to U.S. customers only, including customers with P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and customers in U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico). One enrollment per child. Limit of 6 eligible children per household. Toys“R”Us reserves the right to limit the number of sign-ups per household. Program and program elements are subject to change without notice. Birthday Club mailings may be discontinued for those members with no purchases within any 18 month period after enrolling in program.
6.You are responsible for keeping your and your child’s information up to date, including your email, street address, and phone number (if you choose to provide it). You may change or cancel your enrollment in Birthday Club at any time logging in to your account at ToysRUs.com/myrewards, deletion can take up to 8 weeks. If this is an emergency, please call customer service at 1-800-TOYSRUS (1-800-869-7787).
