Rewards“R”Us® is a FREE program designed to reward our most loyal customers for the purchases they make at Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us stores and online at Toysrus.com and Babiesrus.com. It is a points based system, whereby Rewards“R”Us members earn $5 “R”Us Rewards for every 125 points accumulated in qualifying purchases at Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us, in store or online during. Qualifying purchases do not include gift cards, SquareTrade Protection Plan, assembly fee, breast pump rental fee, delivery fee, Layaway fees and shipping and handling.

Standard “R”Us Reward Dollars Program - For members who are not “R”Us Credit Cardholders.

Members receive 1 point per dollar spent on qualifying purchases in-store or online at Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us. Members receive up to 50 “R”Us Reward Dollars per earning period unless they choose to save up their rewards via point banking. An earning period is once every other Friday via email only for Rewards“R”Us Members who are not “R”Us Credit Cardholders.

Members who are “R”Us Credit Cardholder

“R”Us Credit Cardholders earn 2 points per dollar spent on qualifying purchases in-store or online at Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us. “R”Us MasterCard holders also receive 1 point per every four dollars spent everywhere else MasterCard is accepted. “R”Us Credit Cardholders receive up to 200 “R”Us Reward Dollars per earning period . An earning period is once every other Friday for “R”Us Credit Cardholders that opted in to receive rewards via email and once per month for “R”Us Credit Cardholders who receive their rewards via direct mail. Promotional financing purchases do not earn Rewards“R”Us points.

Point Banking/On Demand Rewards

A member may also choose to bank their points up to $200 “R”Us Reward. If a member chooses to bank his or her points and later decides to redeem available points for a lesser reward than selected, he or she may do so by selecting an on demand reward. This is a reward that is available to you and otherwise would have been sent to member had the member not selected point banking.

On September 1, 2014, any points that rolled over from previous purchases were transferred to the new point structure at a .25 conversion rate. For example, at time of conversion, if your balance was 500 points, you will have 125 points in the new program. Both of these point balances are equal to $5, and so all earnings toward “R”Us Reward Dollars remain the same.

Any points that were rolled over from purchases prior to 9/1/2014 were converted to the new point structure. Members will receive a $5 “R”Us Reward for every 125 points that were rolled over. Points do not expire so if they do not accumulate to an earned reward they will remain in your account until they do. View your point balance now

If there is no activity in your Rewards“R”Us account for a period of 24 consecutive months, the points in your account are subject to being forfeited.

You may access your rewards by logging in to your account here or anytime by visiting Toysrus.com/myrewards.

As long as your account remains active (having 1 or more transactions in a 24 month period), points never expire and are valid until they accumulate to a $5 “R”Us Reward or to the amount you chose when selecting point banking.

Geoffrey's Birthday Club is a loyalty program designed for the children of Rewards“R”Us members. It is designed for children 10 years of age and under to celebrate their birthday and provides an incentive to come to shop with us at Toys“R”Us. Your child will receive a crown or tiara, a balloon and a special birthday announcement at the store (if the parent chooses). Membership is automatically renewed each year as long as you have made a purchase in the past 18 months using your Rewards“R”Us membership card.

You may update your kid’s information by logging into your rewards account and making the changes on the Geoffrey's Birthday Club page.

To cancel Geoffrey's Birthday Club for your kid(s), log in to your Rewards“R”Us account and delete your kid(s) on the Geoffrey's Birthday Club page. Please note that deleting a child’s membership in Geoffrey's Birthday Club is permanent.

If you signed up prior to 9/1/2014 you may not see your kid(s) listed but it is not necessary to re-enroll your child. However, if you need to update any of your kid’s information, you may do so by logging into your rewards account and adding them to the Geoffrey's Birthday Club page and making your updates.

A member may allow their points to build until they reach the level for their desired reward. Members may bank their points up to a $200 reward or 5,000 points

For emailed rewards, it may take up to two weeks to update your point banking preference. For mailed rewards, it may take up to one month to update your point banking preference.

Rewards are sent via email for base Rewards“R”Us members every other Friday. “R”Us Credit Cardholders must opt-in to receive their rewards via email. Otherwise, “R”Us Credit Cardholders receive earned rewards once a month via direct mail.

If you have opted into point banking, you may also use any available points to create an “R”Us Reward online at anytime, at the rate of 125 points = $5. You may create a reward in any $5 increment as long as you have the points available in your account. Once created, rewards are valid for 60 days. This reward will be stored in your account and can be printed at any time during the 60 day redemption period.

No. Once “R”Us Dollars have been issued, it must be used towards an “R”Us purchase before the expiration date.

Rewards sent via email are sent every other Friday. Rewards for “R”Us Credit Card holders are sent via direct mail once per month.

It takes 15 days from your purchase date for your points to be credited to your account.

Points will be subtracted from your earned points for returns. If a reward was already generated, this may cause your account to reflect negative points.

Effective July 1, 2015, registrants who purchase items from their own registries will not also earn Rewards“R”Us points on those purchases. Registrants will continue to earn up to 10% back on an eGift Card for all eligible items purchased off their own registries under the Endless Earnings program. You will earn Rewards“R”Us points for eligible items purchased off any other registry.

For “R”Us credit cardholders that have opted-in to receive their rewards via email and base Rewards“R”Us members, you may log in to your account online to view and print your reward the day after it is emailed. Also, you should verify that your email address is correct on the profile page. For “R”Us credit cardholders that did not receive their rewards in the mail within 4-6 weeks, you may log in to your account online to view and print your reward on the 28th of each month. You should also verify that your mailing address is correct on the profile page.

“R”Us Reward Dollars can be used towards the one-time purchase of qualifying products in store or online at Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us. Excludes gift cards, SquareTrade Protection Plan, assembly fee, breast-pump rental fee, delivery fee, and shipping & handling. Value is forfeited if item is returned. If used in-store, certificates must be surrendered at the time of purchase. “R”Us Dollars certificates redeemed online cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other total basket offers, including new credit account opening discount. Certificate prorated among eligible items purchased.

Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us customers can enroll in the Rewards“R”Us program in store or online. Members must provide a valid mailing address and email address. In-store enrollees: Please see a team member for details. After you provide the required information, a store associate will give you a permanent Rewards“R”Us membership card. Following in-store enrollment, customers should visit the Rewards“R”Us website to register their membership on the profile page at Toysrus.com/myrewards or at Toysrus.com by accessing Rewards“R”Us and clicking on "Register Now". Online enrollees: Customers may enroll in the Rewards“R”Us program by visiting Toysrus.com/myrewards and clicking on "Enroll Now." After enrolling, a confirmation page will appear displaying your account number and a temporary printable membership card. New Rewards“R”Us members who enrolled online and make at least one purchase with their membership number will receive their permanent Rewards“R”Us membership card via direct mail within 4 to 6 weeks.

If you enrolled in store, a store associate will have given you a permanent Rewards“R”Us membership card. Following this, you need to register your account to ensure you can redeem rewards and change your preferences. Members who enrolled online are automatically registered since they have already created their online profile.

Customers may apply in store at any Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us or online at Toysrus.com/creditcard. Existing Rewards“R”Us members will be able to link their existing membership number to their credit card. It is important to only use your membership number when applying for the “R”Us Credit Card. It is important that an existing member only uses his or her personal Rewards“R”Us membership account when applying for an “R”Us credit card. Using someone else’s Rewards“R”Us membership card will lead to incorrect linking of that account number to the “R”Us Credit Card.

Yes. “R”Us Reward Dollars are valid for 60 days and must be redeemed by the expiration date printed on each certificate. Expired certificates cannot be re-issued.

Lost, stolen or expired “R”Us Reward Dollars cannot be replaced. To ensure proper delivery of your earned certificates, please make sure your member profile has your most current mailing address. Members may also log in to their account and print any existing rewards they have available.

No. “R”Us Credit Cardholders are automatically enrolled in Rewards“R”Us. The membership number is conveniently printed on the back of the card holder's “R”Us Credit Card.

Members who have registered their account online can view and print their active/valid certificates on the My Rewards page. Expired and redeemed certificates cannot be printed.

If there is no membership activity (defined as a membership profile update, purchase credit earned/posted from any source or a reward certificate redemption) within two consecutive years (24 months), the membership is subject to termination, including forfeiture of all accrued rewards.
There's no fee to join and no ongoing membership fee.

Good news! You do not have to worry about keeping your receipts for your purchases in the event you wish to make a return or exchange in store. As a Rewards“R”Us member, you may return merchandise without a receipt as long as your membership card was scanned or the cashier looked up your membership information when you made your original purchase. “R”Us Return Policy:
