    You can join now at toysrus.com/myrewards by creating an account. You can also join Rewards“R”Us in any Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us stores or through our mobile application. Customers that apply for the “R”Us Credit Card are automatically enrolled in the Rewards“R”Us program.
    Rewards“R”Us is free to join and there’s no ongoing membership fee.
    Rewards“R”Us is open to individual U.S. (50 states, D.C. and Puerto Rico) residents at least 18 years of age who provide and maintain a valid e-mail address. Customers that apply for the “R”Us Credit Card are automatically enrolled in the Rewards“R”Us program. Commercial entities, corporations, companies, partnership and other organizations are not eligible to join. We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion that a particular member is not eligible on these grounds. We may terminate any account and forfeit all points associated with an account if we determine that it is not eligible. 
    You begin earning points for qualifying purchases as soon as you join the program. They post to your account 15 days from purchase or time of shipment.  For every 125 points earned, $5 in “R”Us Rewards will be issued.
    Rewards“R”Us members may choose to bank (save) points, up to 5,000 points or $200 in “R”Us Rewards, until ready to issue reward certificates. Check your certificate preference now. Rewards are sent automatically once you have reached the point’s threshold chosen to bank.
    When you make a purchase at any Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us make sure that you tell the Team Member that you are a Rewards“R”Us member. The Team Member will ask for your membership card or phone number. Your Rewards“R”Us membership number must be added to the purchase before it is completed in order to receive your points. When you make an online purchase at toysrus.com or babiesrus.com make sure you enter your Rewards membership number in the membership number field during checkout. We are not responsible for points not received because you or the person making the purchase failed to provide the Rewards“R”Us membership number.
    If you joined the program in store you need to register your account to ensure that all of your personal information was properly entered. This will also allow you to access the Rewards“R”Us website where you can access your reward dollars, choose point banking, and review your points. Members who enrolled online are automatically registered.
    If there is no purchase activity (defined as points accumulated) on the Rewards“R”Us member account for one year (12 months), the account is subject to forfeit all accrued points. If there is no account activity (including account profile updates) within two years (24 months) the account is subject to closure and termination, including forfeit of all accrued points and/or benefits.

    “R”Us purchases using the “R”Us Credit Card:
    Earn 2 points for every $1 spent on qualifying “R”Us purchases. Every 125 points earns 5 “R”Us Reward Dollars. 

    “R”Us purchases using the account opening discount:
    Purchases made on your “R”Us credit card using the account opening discount qualify for 1 point for every $1 spent in net qualifying purchases.

    “R”Us purchases using Special Financing:
    Purchases made on your “R”Us credit card using promotional financing do not qualify for points.

    The “R”Us MasterCard non-“R”Us purchases:
    Earn 1 point for every $4 spent everywhere else MasterCard is accepted.
    You can apply in store at any Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us or online here.  Existing Rewards“R”Us Members will be able to link their existing membership number with their “R”Us Credit Card.
    When you apply for an “R”Us Credit Card your Rewards “R”Us membership number is automatically linked to your Rewards“R”Us account. It is important that an existing member use ONLY his or her personal rewards membership number when applying. Using someone else’s rewards membership number will lead to incorrect linking of the accounts. Limit one “R”Us Credit Card per Rewards“R”Us Membership.
    No, “R”Us Credit Cardholders are automatically enrolled in the rewards program. Your membership number is conveniently printed on the back of your “R”Us Credit Card.
    Every $4 spent on eligible purchases earns 1 point. Every 125 points earns $5 in “R”Us Rewards.

    You can get points on qualifying purchases of merchandise made in any Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us store or online at toysrus.com or babiesrus.com. Purchases made for resale are not eligible to get points. We reserve the right to terminate the account and void all points of any member that we determine in our sole discretion to be making purchases for resale. If you are an “R”Us MasterCard cardholder, you will also earn points on net purchases made outside of “R”Us stores everywhere MasterCard is accepted.
    Simply add your Rewards membership number to your toysrus.com account or enter it during checkout in the membership number field.
    You can request a retro-credit online or call 1-800-TOYSRUS (1-800-869-7787). “R”Us Credit Cardholders who are missing points from outside of “R”Us stores should call (855) 389-2365. “R”Us MasterCard cardholders should call (855) 389-2359.
    No. Memberships are not transferable and are only valid for use by the person who joined the program.

    You’ll get one (1) point per one dollar ($1) you spend at Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us stores or online at toysrus.com or babiesrus.com, excluding any amount spent on non-qualifying purchases. Simply show your membership card or present your phone number during checkout in a store, or enter your Rewards membership number for online purchases.
    No. You will not get points on Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us gift card purchases. Gift card purchases are excluded from all bonus point promotions.
    Every $4 spent on eligible purchases gets 1 point. Every 125 points earns $5 “R”Us Rewards.
    Non-qualifying purchases include, but are not limited to:

    For most eligible purchases, your points will post to your account approximately 15 days from your purchase date, delivery date or shipment date, with this exception:
    • Points for purchases made outside Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us with an “R”Us MasterCard post monthly, based loosely on the credit card statement cycle.

    Transactions will post to your account within 24 hours from your purchase date, delivery date or shipment date.
    If there is no points accrual activity on your Rewards“R”Us account for a period of 12 consecutive months, the points in your account (excluding “R”Us Credit Cardholders) will be issued as reward certificates down to the $5 level and any remaining point balance will be forfeited. For example, if you have 130 points, you will receive a $5 reward certificate (125 points) and you will forfeit 5 points.
    The points you received for that purchase will be deducted from your account. If the points for that purchase have not been added to your account, they will not be taken away for a return. View Program Terms for more information.

A refunded item will reduce the points associated with the transaction shown on your purchase history. If you have questions, please call 1-800-TOYSRUS (1-800-869-7787) and have your receipt handy.

    Reward dollars provide a discount off the total purchase of a qualifying Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us in-store or online purchase.
    Rewards members earn 1 point per $1 spent and “R”Us Credit Cardholders receive 2 points per $1 on qualifying purchases at Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us stores or online at toysrus.com or babiesrus.com. You receive a reward certificate by accumulating at least 125 points—125 points equals $5 in “R”Us Rewards.
    Members can receive up to $20 in “R”Us Rewards (500 points) per earning period unless they have opted in for point banking. The remaining balance, up to $20 in Reward dollars, will be emailed or mailed in the next earning period until the balance is $0.
    You receive your reward dollars by accumulating at least 125 points—125 points equals a $5 reward certificate.  Rewards are issued bi-weekly based on the earning period for rewards or monthly for “R”Us Credit Cardholders who have not opted in to receive their rewards via email.
    An earning period is the cycle in which points are accumulated to convert into reward dollars, reward dollars are issued in $5 increments for every 125 points earned, up to $20 or 500 points.

    Rewards“R”Us members will have their reward dollars automatically issued and emailed to them once they have earned 125 points, based on the earning period. “R”Us Credit Cardholders who have not opted to receive their rewards via email will receive their rewards via direct mail automatically once a month.  If you’ve set your certificate preference level above $5 (125 points) because you’re banking your points, the reward will be issued once the selected amount of points has been earned. Members can visit the My Rewards page to issue one manually.
    Members may choose to save points up to $200 (5,000 points) until ready to issue reward certificates. Members that choose to bank their points will automatically receive their rewards once they have reached their desired reward threshold. Check your certificate preferences now.
    No. Once a reward certificate has been issued, you must use it toward a purchase at Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us stores or online at toysrus.com or babiesrus.com before the expiration date.
    No, but you can redeem reward certificates in store on your mobile phone—no printing required—when you download the free Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us app for iPhone or Android or by visiting toysrus.com/myrewards and logging into your account. “R”Us Credit Cardholders are eligible to receive their rewards via direct mail. The preference can be updated here.
    Log into your Rewards“R”Us account here to view and print your reward dollars. Also, you should verify that all of your information is correct on your profile page.
    Yes. Reward dollars are valid for 60 days and must be redeemed by the expiration date printed on each certificate.  Expired certificates cannot be re-issued. Valid period subject to change without notice.

    Reward dollars can be used toward the one-time purchase of nearly any product in Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us store or online. They may be used on any qualifying product. If used in-store, certificates must be surrendered at the time of purchase and can be combined with other offers. If used online, certificates cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other total basket offers, including new credit account opening discount. 
    Yes, excludes gift cards, SquareTrade Protection Plans, all fees, phone orders and shipping. 
    Yes, reward dollars are valid for 60 days. Reward certificates have an expiration date printed on each certificate.  Valid period subject to change without notice. 
    No. Reward certificates are not transferable and may only be used by the member to whom they are issued. This means that you may be required to show identification at the time of purchase. Reward certificates have no cash value.
    No. As an alternative to printing, you can redeem reward certificates on your mobile phone—no printing required—just download the Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us mobile application or visit toysrus.com/myrewards from your mobile device. You can also print reward dollars in the store by visiting the in-store kiosk.
    If the value of a purchase is less than the value of the “R”Us Reward Dollars being redeemed, then any remaining “R”Us Reward Dollars balance will be forfeited and not refunded.

    You may have set your certificate preference to a level higher than your current point balance. Regardless of your selected preference, if you have at least 125 points in your account, you may issue a reward certificate. Don’t forget to check the schedule of earning periods, your reward dollars may be due to you at the next earning period.

    Lost or stolen “R”Us Reward Dollars cannot be replaced. If you misplace your reward dollars you can either reprint it or access it on the Rewards“R”Us site or by visiting the in-store kiosk.
    No. Used or expired reward certificates cannot be replaced.
    No.  The value of the reward dollars are forfeited if the items are returned. 
    Your Rewards membership number can be found on your membership card, “R”Us credit card or on the Rewards“R”Us site.
  • Geoffreys Birthday Club

    A program for the children of Rewards“R”Us members to celebrate their birthdays. Children, 10 years of age and under, will receive a birthday card and special gift from Geoffrey, a phone call and an in-store celebration.
    Rewards“R”Us membership is required. You can join now at toysrus.com/myrewards by logging into your Rewards“R”Us account here. You can also join Geoffrey’s Birthday Club in any Toys“R”Us or Babies“R”Us stores at the in-store kiosk.
    In the mail, 2–4 weeks prior to your child’s birthday, you will receive a birthday card with a special gift from Geoffrey. 

    Phone call from Geoffrey will be received on your child’s birthday within the hours you have chosen.

    In-store benefits such as the balloon, crown and announcement are available any time. Visit the customer service desk and let them know that it is your child’s birthday. 
    Yes, members are limited to 6 children per member.

    No, membership is automatically renewed each year as long as you have made a purchase in the last 18 months using your Rewards“R”Us membership and your child is 10 years old or younger.

    Exclusively for Rewards“R”Us members, Endless Earnings makes your baby registry so much more than a list of gift suggestions you share with friends and family. It’s your ultimate shopping list and it pays you back ... with no limits! An eGift Card valued at 5% of the first $300 in registry purchases and 10% on those registry purchases over $300 (no limits) will be emailed to you approximately 12 weeks after your baby’s expected arrival date. To be eligible, purchases must be identified as a registry purchases at time of purchase. We are not responsible for credit not received because the person making the purchase failed to identify a purchase as being from a registry or failed to correctly identify the registry. Items must be on the registry 30 days after the expected arrival date and marked as purchased to qualify for Endless Earnings.
    No, Registrants who purchase items off of their own registries do not earn reward points for those purchases.  Registrants will continue to earn up to 10% back on all purchases made off of their registry in the form of an eGift Card approximately 12 weeks after their event date. Registrants will earn rewards points on eligible items purchased that are not on the registry.
