Rewards"R"Us® is a FREE program designed to reward our most loyal customers for the purchases they make at Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us stores and online at Toysrus.com and Babiesrus.com. Rewards"R"Us members can take advantage of a variety of exclusive benefits and promotions, which include:

Standard "R"Us Reward Dollars Program - For members who are not "R"Us Credit Cardholders
The Rewards"R"Us program is a points based system, whereby Rewards"R"Us members earn $5 "R"Us Reward Dollars for every 500 points accumulated in qualifying purchases at Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us, in-store or online during select promotion periods. Members receive 2 points per dollar spent on qualifying purchases in-store or online. Members receive 1 point per dollar spent on diapers, formula, wipes, baby food, video games, video game hardware, video game accessories, Apple products, V.I.B. (Very Important Baby) card loads and gift card purchases. Qualifying purchases do not include Buyer Protection Plan, assembly fee, breast-pump rental fee, delivery fee, Layaway fees and shipping & handling.Member is responsible to present their membership number at the time of purchase in order to receive proper credit. Members can receive up to $20 "R"Us Reward Dollars per month. Earning beyond $20 carry over to the next month."R"Us Reward Dollars are mailed via USPS, arrive 6-8 weeks after they are earned and are valid until date printed on each reward. Registry Rewards

Registry Rewards ends on March 31, 2014. However, registrants will continue to earn rewards points on their own qualifying purchases in-store or online when they present their Rewards”R”Us membership card. All Registry Rewards points earned prior to April 1st, 2014 will not be affected by this change. All other standard rules apply.

Rewards"R"Us members creating a new baby registry in-store or online are eligible to receive reward points for all qualifying purchases made off their registry from the point of registry creation through 90 days post-event date. Registrants receive 2 points per dollar spent on qualifying purchases in-store or online and 1 point per dollar spent on diapers, formula, wipes, baby food, video games, video game hardware, video game accessories and Apple products. V.I.B (Very Important Baby) card loads and gift card items added to a Registry do not earn reward points. Gift-givers who are Rewards"R"Us members will also earn rewards for their purchases from a Registry. Only purchases made after the baby registrant enrolls in Rewards"R"Us apply. Member's baby registry number must be presented at time of purchase in order to receive credit. Points cannot be retro-actively applied to pre-existing baby registries. Product Recall Notifications
Rewards"R"Us members with an active email address on file automatically receive product recall notifications when a product is purchased at Toys"R"Us/Babies"R"Us and is recalled by the manufacturer, subject to applicable law or regulatory requirements. Rewards"R"Us members without a valid email address on file will not be able to receive this email notification service.

Member Shopping Events
Rewards"R"Us members will receive advance notice of exclusive in-store sales and special events. From time to time, these notices will include special store hours reserved for Rewards"R"Us members.

Email Discount Offers
Rewards"R"Us members who provide a valid email address will periodically receive discounts and special offers via email. These email offers will be sent to members in the form of a coupon redeemable in-store or online at Toysrus.com or Babiesrus.com. Promo code email discounts are valid for single-use purchases.

Hassle Free Returns
Rewards"R"Us members do not have to worry about keeping receipts for their purchases in the event they wish to make a return or exchange in-store. To make returns even easier, Toys"R"Us implemented a system whereby store employees can look up any member's transaction simply by rescanning the shopper's Rewards"R"Us card, as long as the member's card was scanned during the original purchase. All the member has to do is remember to scan their card each and every time they shop with "R"Us (Normal return policy applies).

"R"Us MasterCard holders also receive 1 point per dollar spent everywhere else MasterCard is accepted. "R"Us Credit Cardholders receive up to $150 "R"Us Reward Dollars per month. Earnings beyond $150 carry over to the next month. Promotional financing purchases do not earn Rewards"R"Us points.

3. How do I enroll in Rewards"R"Us?

Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us customers can enroll in the Rewards"R"Us program in-store or online. Members must provide a valid mailing address and email address.

In-store:
Please see a team member for details. After you provide the required information, a store associate will give you a permanent Rewards"R"Us membership card. Following in-store enrollment, customers should visit the Rewards"R"Us website to register their membership profile at Toysrus.com/myrewards or at Toysrus.com by accessing Rewards"R"Us and clicking on "Register Now".

Online:
Customers may enroll in the Rewards"R"Us program by visiting Toysrus.com/myrewards and clicking on "Enroll Now." After enrolling, a confirmation page will appear displaying your account number and a temporary printable membership card. New Rewards"R"Us members who enrolled online and make at least one purchase with their membership number will receive their Rewards"R"Us permanent membership card approximately 6-8 weeks via the United States Postal Service. Please note that online enrollees receive membership card only after at least one purchase is made.
To ensure proper credit for your purchases, you must use your membership number whenever you shop online or in any of our Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us stores.

4. How can I apply for the "R"Us Credit Card?
Customers may apply in-store at any Toys"R"Us or online at Toysrus.com/creditcard . Existing Rewards"R"Us members will be able to link their existing membership number to their credit card.
5. What if I have a question specifically related to my “R”Us Credit Card account?

6. I am already a member and forgot to present my loyalty number at the time I made my purchase. Can I receive a retro-credit?
Members may request up to six retro credits per calendar year. After you have logged into the Rewards”R”Us site, simply click on the Retro Credit tab. Please have your receipt handy. Login here.
7. Where can I find my Rewards"R"Us membership number?
Your 13-digit member ID can be found on the back of your membership card. "R"Us Credit Cardholders can find their Rewards"R"Us membership number on the back of their credit card. If you forgot your membership number click here.
8. When I try to log in to Rewards"R"Us, I get a message saying my credentials do not match. What should I do?
If you receive a message saying, "your credentials do not match", you must either reset your account by changing your password or contact Customer Service at 1-800-TOYSRUS (1-800-869-7787).
9. What do I do if I have not received my "R"Us Reward Dollars in the mail?
If you do not receive your "R"Us Reward Dollars in 6-8 weeks after you have accumulated 500 points, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-TOYSRUS (1-800-869-7787).
10. How can I view and print my "R"Us Reward Dollars online?
Members who have registered their account online can view and print their active/valid certificates on the My Rewards page. Expired and redeemed certificates cannot be printed.
11. How can I use my "R"Us Reward Dollars?

"R"Us Reward Dollars can be used towards the one-time purchase of qualifying products in-store or online at Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us. Excludes gift cards, diapers, formula, photo studios, Motherhood Maternity, Buyer Protection Plan, assembly fee, breast-pump rental fee, delivery fee, and shipping & handling. Value is forfeited if item is returned. If used in-store, certificates must be surrendered at the time of purchase. 12. Do "R"Us Reward Dollars expire?
Yes. They must be redeemed by the expiration date printed on each certificate. Expired certificates cannot be re-issued.
13. What do I do if I lose my "R"Us Reward Dollars?
Lost, stolen or expired "R"Us Reward Dollars cannot be replaced. To ensure proper delivery of your earned certificates, please make sure your member profile has your most current mailing address.
14. Do I need to sign up for Rewards"R"Us if I am a current "R"Us Credit Cardholder?
No. "R"Us Credit Cardholders are automatically enrolled in Rewards"R"Us. The membership number is conveniently printed on the back of the card holder's "R"Us Credit Card.
15. Does my Rewards"R"Us Membership expire?
If there is no membership activity (defined as a membership profile update, purchase credit earned/posted from any source or a reward certificate redemption) within two consecutive years (24 months), the membership is subject to termination, including forfeiture of all accrued rewards.
16. What is the cost to join Rewards"R"Us?
There's no fee to join and no ongoing membership fee.
17. What should I do if I've lost my Rewards"R"Us card?
Members can print a temporary card or request a new by logging on to the Rewards”R”Us site and clicking “Print/request card". Login here.
Please note if you are shopping in-store, our Team Member is able to locate your account for you at the register without your card.
18. Can my family or friends use my Rewards"R"Us membership so I'll earn extra points on their purchases?
No. Rewards"R"Us memberships are non-transferable and are only valid for use by the person whose name is given upon enrollment.
19. How do I cancel my Rewards"R"Us membership?

22. What can I do if I have an item(s) to return but do not have my receipt?

Good news! You do not have to worry about keeping your receipts for your purchases in the event you wish to make a return or exchange in-store. As a Rewards"R"Us member, you may return merchandise without a receipt as long as your membership card was scanned or the cashier looked up your membership information when you made your original purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will be gladly given within 90 days of the original purchase date on most items. For Electronics, Video Games and Accessories, refunds will be given within 45 days. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the factory sealed, unopened package. Opened item can only be exchanged for the identical item. Please see the Returns Policy at checkout for details.

23. Will I receive Rewards points for my V.I.B. purchases if I am a Rewards"R"Us member with no "R"Us credit card?
Yes. Rewards“R”Us members receive 1 point per dollar spent on diapers, formula, wipes and baby food. Members also earn 1 point on all V.I.BVery Important card loads.

Upon creating your registry and linking the Rewards"R"Us member number to your Babies"R"Us Registry, you automatically become eligible to earn Rewards"R"Us points on all qualifying purchases anyone makes from your Babies"R"Us Registry, up until 90 days after the event date noted on your registry. Registrants receive 2 points per dollar spent on qualifying purchases in-store or online and 1 point per dollar spent on diapers, formula, wipes, baby food, video games, video game hardware, video game accessories and Apple products.
